This is a set of 6" x 6" side plates at NIJ level IV ballistic protection. 2 come in a set. These are a single curve,  level 4 which is also RF3 in the new NIJ 0101.07 testing protocol tested to defeat 30.06 Armor Piercing rounds. (M2 AP)
